I purchased my Saturn in July of 1998.  I was contacted one afternoon by Saturn dealership who I had visited frequently in the prior months in my search for a Saturn.  The Sales person stated they just received a trade-in from a one owner who was visiting from Savannah, Georgia.  I arrived at the dealership 30 minutes later and got to speak with the previous owner who bought a new 1998 SL2 while having the oil changed on my soon to be 1994 SL2.  The elderly gentleman explained to me all the details of the car and even provided me with a large stack of maintenance records.  That day I put money down on the car to have the dealership hold it, and came back three days later and drove it home.
